Basilico Italia Shop is an on-line shop that respects the regulations in force regarding e-commerce.
For each order placed, Basilico Italia Shop will invoice the material shipped by e-mail to the holder of the order ex art. 14 DPR 445/00 and dl 52/2004. the data provided by the customer when ordering will be included in the invoice.
No changes will be possible after the invoice has been issued.
The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Basilico Italia Shop through a reply by email, sent to the email address communicated by the customer.
This confirmation message will propose all the data entered by the customer who agrees to verify the correctness and communicate any corrections promptly.
By placing the order on the site Basilico Italia Shop the customer declares to have read the conditions of sale, the proposed payment terms and the entire purchase procedure. With express reference to art. 3 and 4 dlgs 185/89 the customer will receive, via e-mail, all the necessary information for the identification of the seller that the customer must keep together with the e-mail of acceptance of the contract.

Payment by bank transfer in advance
In the case of payment by bank transfer in advance, the order will only be processed once we have received confirmation of payment from the bank.
Payment must be made within 7 days from the date of the order. After this deadline, the order will be automatically cancelled. The reason for the bank transfer must necessarily state the order number, order date and the customer's first and last name.
The availability of the products is only to be assessed once the transfer has been credited.

For credit card payments we use the Stripe platform which accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa / Mastercard / American Express).

Right of withdrawal policy and conditions

The right of withdrawal is reserved only for natural persons, thus excluding purchases made by resellers or persons who in any capacity purchase for resale to third parties.

Shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

Upon arrival at the warehouse, the goods will be examined to assess any damage or tampering (the substantial integrity of the returned goods is an essential condition for the exercise of the right of withdrawal) so we recommend the utmost care in preparing the package, for example by using the original packaging.

To exercise this right you will have to send us a communication to that effect, the exclusively handcrafted product is made to order can only be replaced and not refunded.
Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal
Send an e-mail to info@basilicoitalia.shop containing the declaration that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal, i.e. only the replacement of the product, indicating all the required data

Refund times
Basilico Italia Shop undertakes to refund the customer within 14 working days of receipt of the goodsby crediting the Customer with the amount corresponding to the value of the goods on the invoice. This amount does not include shipping costs. This is in accordance with Art. 49, 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree of 14/03/2014.
Regardless of the method of payment used by the Customer and except for what is indicated regarding withdrawal, the refund will be activated using the same payment channel with which the order was placed.
Information and complaints
For shipments that arrive damaged to the purchaser, a replacement shipment will be provided free of charge after notification of the event.
